The second phase is where we begin uncovering your home’s full potential—what it should feel like, how it should function, and how it can support the way you live, gather, recharge, and grow. We’ll walk each space together, assessing what’s working, what isn’t, and identifying opportunities to enhance both comfort and flow.
We’ll also dive into your visual inspiration, style preferences, investment goals, and timeline priorities. This is where we introduce a first glimpse of the Dwell Well Edit—our curated approach to refining your home’s story, layering in texture, color, and intentional details that will guide the project from concept to completion.

Design Creation
Once the look and feel of your home is established, we bring it to life with every carefully curated element—paint, wall treatments, custom cabinetry, furnishings, fixtures, hardware, and the finishing details that make a home unmistakably yours. Every choice is intentional; every detail is layered for depth, warmth, and personality.
Your complete design is presented in person, through mood boards, 3D renderings, layouts, and material samples—all paired with clear pricing and a project timeline so you know exactly how your home will unfold.

Procurement and Project Management:
With your design plan approved, we bring it to life—ordering furnishings, preparing construction documents, partnering with contractors to ensure every detail of the design is brought to life. You’ll remain fully informed through regular updates, timeline reviews, and transparent financial check-ins, ensuring a seamless and confident experience from start to finish.

Installation & Styling
The final stage is where your home truly comes to life—and it might be the most exciting part. We manage every detail of installation, from furniture and lighting to art and accessories. Once construction is complete and all deliveries are in place, we step in to install and style your spaces, revealing a home that is layered, personal, and unmistakably yours.
