Jessica Brugger is the Founder and Principal Designer of Dwell Well Design Co., a full-service interior design studio creating story-driven, deeply personal homes for busy professionals and families across Central Ohio.

 

Before founding Dwell Well Design Co., Jessica spent her career in business strategy and brand experience, leading complex initiatives where clarity, structure, and trust were non-negotiable. When she transitioned into residential design, she saw a gap: beautiful homes were being created, but often through processes that felt disorganized, opaque, or overwhelming for clients.

Jessica’s design philosophy centers on contrast and character — the balance of old and new, refined and relaxed, bold and timeless. Her work layers color, texture, and vintage elements to create homes with depth, warmth, and a sense of lived-in ease. Each project is guided by both intuition and a clearly defined process, allowing creativity to flourish without chaos.
